Work Placement Opportunity in Canteen

Year 11 Hospitality students have started the process of completing their mandatory work placement hours. This year we are trying something different, working in the school canteen. 

Students on work experience in the school canteen

This has been a wonderful opportunity where they have experienced food preparation as well as food service. They have also experienced the realities of time constraints and ensuring all customers receive quality service in a short time frame, for some it has been a real eye opener.  A huge thank you to Lynda and Kim for taking the students under their wings and providing them with this wonderful learning opportunity, it is truly appreciated.
