This curriculum framework course is accredited for the HSC and provides students with the opportunity to obtain nationally recognised vocational qualifications. This is known as dual accreditation. Students will gain skills in communication, safe work practices, customer service, retail technology, stock control, teamwork, designing and creating displays, using cash registers, scanners, computers, telephones and routine work activities within the retail sectors.
