The Southern Shoalhaven Youth Services provides early intervention for young people aged 12-18 years old and their families. The youth centre is located across the road from Ulladulla High and helps support young people in the community to remain and be supported at school. Youth workers provide advice, assistance and support young people to access local specialist services.

Headspace Batemans Bay.

Headspace provides early intervention mental health services to young people 12 to 25 online, by phone and through headspace centres.

Headspace Nowra is also available and offers face to face (Nowra), online video or phone appointments.

Your doctor (GP) is often a good place to start if you're struggling with your wellbeing or mental health. Your Dr’s can provide you with support for mental heath concerns, and can discuss a lot of options with you, they can write a referral for you to see the right service for you.
