Already, some of the core ideas emerging include better transport options, improved sports fields and footpaths, and more recreational activities that help young people feel engaged and included. These workshops are just the beginning. Next, a group of students that want to make change, will take part in a two-day workshop to develop their ideas into actionable, pitch-ready projects. These projects will then be presented to local community leaders, funding bodies, and support organisations that are ready to support young people in bringing their ideas to life. We’re incredibly proud of the students’ leadership, creativity, and commitment to shaping the future of Ulladulla. This project has been made possible by the Dunn Lewis Foundation with support from FRRR and Community Connect South Shoalhaven.
