Science Olympiad

During week 7, 10 students from Years 7 to 10 competed in the Australian Science Olympiads, a grueling 2-hour exam. The program is designed to inspire and challenge young science enthusiasts. ASO supports thousands of talented students through national exams, digital training squads and talent development programs, intensive residential camps and international competitions.

The Junior Science Olympiad program aims to enhance student achievement in our Australian Science Olympiad Program. This is the first stage and may result in students being invited to attend the Junior Science Olympiad Spring School and then being selected to represent Australia at the International Junior Science Olympiad. Next term, Year 11 and 12 students will be competing in the senior Olympiad. We wish all our competitors good luck in their results. Competitors are Grace Donnelly, Zara Clegg, Liam Clarkson, Isla Goodchild, Charlotte Davies, Claire Donaldson, Bella Cantwell, Isobel Howells, Lee Neilsen and Eli Leatham-Doyle.
