Take fifteen seconds and look around where you are.  How many red things do you see?  (Pause right now and do this). 

Okay- how many green things did you see?  None, right? That’s because you were looking for the red.

What we LOOK for is what we see.  If we are looking for what is working, we will see it.

If we are looking for the positive, we will see it.

The same applies in reverse. If we focus on how hard things are and how difficult it is, that is all we will ‘see’ in our lives. 

Think of a time when you were considering a new purchase.  Did you seem to notice this everywhere?  All the sudden it seems as though EVERYONE has this! If you have a pet, did you find that when you got your pet, you saw this pet everywhere??  That’s because it is what you were LOOKING for.

We see what we are looking for.  Look for what is already working well, and you will find it.
