Year 7 and 9 taking up the challenge

Last week and this week, all Year 7 and 9 are undertaking their 2023 NAPLAN tests, and we have been so impressed by their effort, focus and conscientious approach to all areas, including the writing, reading and numeracy. At UHS, we use the results as a diagnostic tool to identify areas that we need to focus on across the year groups. From here, our Learning and Support Team digs into the data to understand individual student needs and plans learning. All the teachers involved in the NAPLAN tests this year congratulate all our students for their mature and committed behaviour. #WelldoneUHS #MakingMeaning
