Yr 5 into 8 Taster Day

There were lots of smiles and excited faces as our three local primary schools met our Year 8 students in the Ulladulla High School hall. The primary school students rotated through six fantastic activities that were supported by the CAPA, English, Maths, PDHPE and Science faculties. The Ag plot animals had their biggest patting day ever, comic strips were drawn, imaginary animals were painted, there was smoke in the air in the Science labs and Maths was awesome fun in the Aboriginal garden. The Year 8 classes really developed into mature leaders of their activities, some even commented on how hard it was to work with students! Many Thanks to Mr Rafidi, Mr Gell, Mr Pearson, Mr Hart, Mr Leydon, Mr Ommundsen and Ms Tabone for their massive day supporting our local community schools.
