It is day 13 of the Push-up Challenge, and my Senior Executive team are going well. And oh my goodness, my arms are hurting, however feeling definitely stronger. The Push Up challenge focusses on supporting the understanding of mental health and proactively aims to teach all Australians about the benefits of exercise, routine and positive affirmations to support mental wellbeing,
it is a great cause. Bailey and Jordan from our SRC are the force behind the project, supported by Mr. Littlejohns, who champions good mental health habits and strategies. Did you know that ‘Getting in the ocean, at least once a week improves your mental wellbeing, sounds good to me! And that 74 % of pet owners report mental health improvements thanks to owning a pet. Our puppies are good for us. That’s great news! Experts recommend spending 120 minutes in nature per week is good for health and wellbeing. #keepGoing #NatureandPets #Oceanhealth
