Senior Debating Team

The UHS Senior Debating team has had a successful start to their 2024 competition. In Round One they narrowly defeated Braidwood High School, successfully arguing that schools should not implement a four-day week. In Round Two they had another close win, arguing that advertising for petrol cars should not be banned.

Team members; Bailey Bergin, Leila Pepperell, Zoe Borg and Rome Foots, (Year 11) are looking forward to the next round and hopefully progressing further in the competition.
