Being creatively busy and interested is the key

Find something to do - anything. Even a different sort of creative work altogether - just to take your mind off the anxiety and pressure, to always be connected. Swim in your own lane, I say. And any motion whatsoever beats the inertia of scrolling, rather, look for inspiration and motivation, to start a creative project. It is action and interest that will take you forward. Ask yourself, “What do I love doing so much that the words - failure and success essentially become irrelevant?” It is the action of doing something creative that brings the joy, not whether you create a masterpiece, just enjoy the creative process and surprise yourself on the positive things that might happen.  #BeCreative #Makethings #BeBusy
