Last week, Mrs Smith and Year 10 French experienced some delicious French treats during a class ‘pique-nique’. Some students baked for the occasion, including macarons, quiche, crème brûlée and the most amazing fresh fruit salad. There were other goodies such as baguettes, profiteroles, French onion dip, French jam and caramel sauce, olives, brie and camembert cheese. With French music playing in the background, it was a lovely way to finish off the year of learning French. Some students were also brave enough to try duck liver pate! Délicieux!
