First Nations young women make us proud

First Nations Dancers at the Seymour Centre

Last week our incredible First Nations girls were centre stage at the NSW Dance Festival performing their Bangarra inspired piece called ‘Inspired Totems’, which was choreographed with our amazing Mrs Amanda Grady.  The

The team were exceptional in representing their culture, and the way they were so generous of spirit. On the journey home the girls spent time dancing and mentoring younger students from Warrawong Public School with a yarning circle, weaving and dance. The girls forged strong bonds with the younger students and look forward to helping them with their cultural dance and aspirations. # Fantastic Young People #Culture and our message.
