Cross Country Australian Champions

Jessica Kann, Olivia Greenhalgh, Lily Winward and Darcy Carless competed at the Athletics Australia National Cross Country Championships in Adelaide on Saturday 27th August.

Australia’s best Cross Country runners from all States and Territories were there. Outstanding results all round for the four UHS students that competed. Jessica finished 3rd overall in the U14 girls, 2nd NSW female and 1st in Team NSW. Olivia came in 8th overall, 1st NSW female and 3rd in Team NSW. Lily was 4th overall, 1st NSW female and 3rd in Team NSW and Darcy placed 20th overall in U16 boys. Fantastic results for these young athletes competing at the top level of their sport.
