It was an absolute stunner of a Winter’s day when 8 Red took off on their coastal journey south towards Bawley Point. The ocean looked pristine and inviting. The group was walking at an excellent pace with everyone being very positive and grateful for the opportunity. We shared lunch at Meroo Head in the sun basking next to a massive Red Belly Black snake and then headed off on our way, meeting dolphins and some impressive boogey boarders at Nuggin Head.
We talked about how being positive and kind to ourselves can be beneficial to our wellbeing and how spending time outdoors fills everyone’s cup with happiness and appreciation. Next week’s 8 Orange will be postponed to next term due to a few conflicting events but we’ll be back walking Week 1 next Term. See you then.
