Building strong relationships with our Local Command

It is true to say, people in our community, when they need help and things start to go wrong, often the first people they call are the police. Our local officers support and protect our people and maintain safety in our community.

The executive is working alongside the police to build strong relationships with our students and they have been visiting school on a regular basis, talking with students about safe practices online and in the community, as well as ensuring a strong partnership, and encouraging students to call the police when they know they need help. Overall, we are wanting our students to know that our police are here to help, to trust and not to be afraid of them. #safety #StrongRelationships
