Our Executive and aspiring leaders spent last weekend working with Dr. Kirsty McGeoch from the 4 Cs Transforming Schools team to continue the deep work on learning dispositions and leadership. The team were introduced to the Leadership disposition wheel and spent many hours rumbling with the deep noticing of influential leadership and how this is an integral in the transformation of a school. The school has had a partnership with the 4Cs team for almost 3 years and with a focus on students and teacher agency, is starting to show up in all areas across the curriculum. This important work is an enabler for leaders in the school to influence and support teachers so that we can continue to be agile to meet the needs of our students and community in this everchanging and challenging world. #EnablingVoice #LearningLIfeLong #grateful
