As we welcome our entire school returning to face to face learning, we must take this time to reflect and gather our thoughts. What has just happened? We have seen the entire world STOP, and now in, what seems like a heartbeat we are jolted back to a SLOW revival. I know this COVID 19 has been so much more than just an inconvenience, rather it has been a precious time to reflect on what really is most important, what we truly believe in and how we can go on to shape our world as we see it. This has truly begun. I received this incredible letter from the SRC to all the school staff. You told us you are very thankful. I have told every one of my teachers and support staff, this letter is not about one student and one teacher…this is the beginning of a systemic change in what learning and education can become. Where students own and take responsibility for what they learn, understand what needs to be done, and then get on with achieving the goal of each learning opportunity. Well done to you!
