Coming to school every day….is like money in the bank.
When one gets to the end of their school life, those who have been participating, prioritising school attendance and ensuring that each day counts will have plenty in the account on which to withdraw. It’s a life skill, turning up every day and knowing, when it gets tough, that it is important to reach out to the good people in our school, in particular our care network of fantastic Year Advisors for support. Longitudinal studies on successful school outcomes and achievement beyond school is undeniably linked to having good school attendance. One may say you watched the full movie, without having to take a break, you know the characters, the storyline and get the picture.
