Miss Karaboikis’ H2 class have been baking cakes for the Spotted Frog Cafe every week A as part of their Baking Enterprise Unit this year. The students have been learning WH&S in the kitchen, Safe Food Handling, Budgeting and Shopping skills.
The students have cooked coconut loaf, banana bread, lemon and coconut cupcakes, lamingtons and many other cakes enjoyed this year. Jasmin Wheatley, Tom Pearson, Zeb Hepburn, Kevin Li and Brody Robinson-Pearce have been working on this enterprise and doing a fantastic job.
