Snowsports Team Success at State

The Ulladulla High Snowsports Team have just competed in the New South Wales State Championships at Thredbo.

After four days of competition we had some great results on the technically demanding Thredbo race-courses.  All competitors found the track conditions challenging,  but did themselves proud, showing improvement - the valuable experience gained will serve them well in the future. 

Of note - Felicia achieved First place in the Cross Country, very well done Felicia !!!  

Tim & Max achieved Bronze in the Slopestyle Event.

Jesse, Tim and Drew achieved Bronze in Boarder Cross.

Based on their results the following Athletes have qualified for the Australian Interschools Snowsport Championships, to be held at Perisher on the 7-11 September 2016.

Lily Boland, Felicia Auer, Olivia Chopping, Eliza Green, Shannon Meredith, Jordan Brown, Max Boland, Jesse Wood, Tim Muir, Drew Matthews and Brodie Whalan.

Results:

Felicia 1^st in Div 1 XC       Max & Tim 3^rd in Slopestyle Teams  - Max 7^th Individual

Jesse, Tim, and Drew 3^rd in BX. – Jesse 4^th Individual

Jesse, Tim and Drew 4^th in GS – Jesse 7^th Individual

Olivia, Eliza and Shannon 6^th in BX and 5^th in GS – Olivia 12^th Individual

Brodie 7^th Individual in BX

Jordan 12^th Individual in GS
