We talk about it but really do we know what it really is. In the simplest form, it is how we choose to react and respond to events in our lives. It is not what happens to us, it is how we respond. That is incredibly powerful, that we get to decide how we respond to our environment, not dependant on the environment to be our mindset. Another mindset muscle is Acceptance. We can accept the things we can’t control and let them go, rather focussing on the things we can control. And finally, the Appreciation Mindset, appreciating the small things. Focusing on what we have, not whingeing and moaning on what we don’t. Appreciating what brings light to our days. If we have a mindset of Appreciation, it sets your course, your day and your week and your life with a totally different mindset.
