White Card courses are available at Master Builders Association Ulladulla. Cost is $99.00 (See Mrs Ingold for application form).

University bridging courses

Many universities offer bridging courses in a range of areas. These courses are designed to provide students with the necessary information to study certain courses and replace pre-requisites for certain courses. For example, bridging courses can be offered in science so that students can undertake a science degree without having studied science at high school.  These courses are generally run in the lead up to first semester admissions.

Design guru Aaron Draplin is coming to JMC Academy

For the first time ever, Aaron Draplin will visit Australia in early August at JMC Academy as part of their Master Series Workshops. Aaron will talk about the role of the graphic designer in contemporary times, how to start your career, what mistakes not to make and which ones to make, how to go about dealing with clients and much more. Online journalism diploma

Accredited journalism college Jschool is now offering its vocationally-focused Diploma of Journalism via online study. Students are entitled to VET fee-help support for the course, which may be studied over one year full-time, or two or more years part-time. There is a mid-year entry point, with the next semester starting in July. Further details and application forms email: inquires@jschool.com.au.
